To enter this code, at the map screen press START to bring up the option menu and then select the "Enter Secret code" and enter the following:
Wildvine,Fourarms,Heatblast,Wildvine
This will unlock all alien forms.

Alien forms:
Enter Wildvine, 4arms, Heatblast, Wildvine as a code.
All combos:
Enter Cannonbolt, Heatblast, 4arms, Heatblast as a code.
All locations on map:
Enter Heatblast, XLR8, XLR8, Cannonbolt as a code.

Why do you think you can get all characters? You can get up to five: XLR8, Fourarms, Heatblast, Wildvine and Cannonbolt.
Only in the DS Version can you get more than five, you can unlock Upchuck.
Try beating Vilgax 25 times or whatever, but you will only be wasting you're time. There isn't a way to get more than 5 aliens in the Wii, PSP or PS2 versions.
